I love you - I am sorry - Forgive me - Thank you

A Dear Friend Shared This Teaching with Me and I Want to Share it With You.

On Being Grateful

These words (in blue) are not mine, as in possession, but are my responsibility as I want to put them forward for others to know.

I am filled with gratitude each and everyday because of all the gifts bestowed upon the people I meet through my daily act of living; the people in my home and those who have chosen me to be in their circles.

I present this: if we are all able to share our responsibility for all that happens in the Universe, we can all be grateful for everything. We are the designers of our world and as so we, each of us, is responsible for what it gives to each of us.

In so feeling I say to the Universe, of which you are a part;

I love you

I am sorry

Forgive me

Thank you

* these teachings come from a very old (ancient) form of teaching from Hawai’i which is said to be part of the Original Teachings ALL original nations of this world received and worked with prior to our interfering with each other. The Indigenous people of Hawai’i remained unmolested with their original teachings until 1850 and so are still familiar with, and use, them. The portion mentioned here is described as part of what is known as Ho’oponopono. It speaks of everyone’s involvement in everything that happens. There is no blame, there is no credit, there just is and for all of that I am very grateful.
